Working Together


Using my established practical coaching framework, I guide you to gaining a greater understanding of yourself, your motivations as well as help you build your own toolkit to tackle life's challenges, dismantle obstacles and fears that may be holding you back and techniques for mastering making change happen and creating a life that you really enjoy living!



One hour sessions are usually at my practice in Thame, Oxfordshire however we can meet at another suitable location if desired.

I suggest a minimum of 6 sessions over a couple of months.

We kick off with a Discovery session where we set the foundation for your coaching journey and dive into the process which encompasses:

  • WHAT life do you want to live?
  • WHERE are you today and where do you want to be?
  • WHO are you?
  • HOW do you feel about your present and future self?
  • WHY are you feeling, thinking, behaving in a certain way?
  • HOW can you take action and achieve your goals?


One hour sessions are via video conferencing from wherever you are in the world! I can, and do, work across several time zones.

With the exception of not being in the same room together, the process is exactly the same as face to face coaching.

I suggest a minimum of 6 sessions over a couple of months and we kick off with a Discovery session (see above for more details of what that is all about).

Ideally, if geography and circumstances allows, I prefer us to have the Discovery session face to face but it’s not essential. 

Bespoke Packages

To give you a flavour, my bespoke packages have included coaching whilst walking in the beautiful Chiltern Hills and private half day sessions (with refreshments)!

Coaching in organisations, wellbeing and performance


Organisations thrive when their individuals feel empowered and confident to harness their potential and make positive choices.

The content and delivery of my sessions varies for each organisation as it’s important that it’s the right fit.  I work with small teams and departments through to the whole organisation.
