aka The Mojo Coach

I absolutely love being a coach! Magic really does happen when you rediscover your mojo!

I’m so passionate about coaching as I’ve seen the value from both sides. Several years ago a coach helped me wake up. A series of events had left me feeling like the rug had been pulled from under me, leading to uncertainty about who I was and what I wanted from life. Amongst other things, coaching helped me see that I was stuck in my comfort zone and I had switched into auto pilot. Over time with coaching, I regained control and shaped my next chapter.

I have a signature coaching approach and framework that works! Plus heaps of techniques for you to add to your ‘life toolkit’. I totally get that life can be challenging – filled with both exciting and daunting times – whilst at the same time, the feeling of being stuck can creep in and everything can start to feel a bit like ‘groundhog-day’. It sometimes can be hard to see the wood for the trees.

An award winning coach and a member of the Association for Coaching, I trained at Oxford University and hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching from Goldsmiths, London. My coaching expertise is combined with 20 years working in marketing which means I have a unique blend of strategic know-how, experience and mentoring when it comes to business coaching.

Originally from Manchester, I now live in Oxfordshire with my husband, three children and the cuddliest Labrador who is my companion when exploring the beautiful Chiltern Hills!

Who I work with

I work with individuals who are ready to invest in their personal and/or professional life. People who are looking to gain clarity, create a mindset shift, find their purpose, work towards a specific goal and develop an action plan to ultimately move forward.

I work with small business owners who want to take their business to the next level by helping them find focus, shape strategy, create action plans, define their business, brand identity and messaging.

I work with organisations who value their employees and acknowledge the value of coaching within the workplace to boost wellbeing and provide their workforce with practical tools to enhance their personal development.

I speak for organisations and event organisers who want to showcase valuable and engaging content which inspires. I love speaking. I love connecting with my audience, sharing my coaching expertise and practical toolkit.
