Life Coaching

Life coaching

Your spark can dim, you can lose sight of what makes you tick, your confidence, energy, enthusiasm or focus can wane. I call this losing your mojo. But you can find it again.

I don’t have a magic wand but I do have a signature coaching approach and framework that works. This is supported by heaps of techniques for you to add to your ‘life toolkit’.

I totally get that life can be challenging – filled with both exciting and daunting times – whilst at the same time, the feeling of being stuck can creep in and everything can start to feel a bit like ‘groundhog-day’. It sometimes can be hard to see the wood for the trees.

I work with individuals who are ready to invest in their personal and/or professional life. People who are looking to gain clarity, create a mindset shift, find their purpose, work towards a specific goal and develop an action plan to ultimately move forward.

How I work

I put you at the heart of the coaching.  I don’t take a one-size fits all approach; there is no standard ten-step process. Instead I take time to find out where you’re at and how I can best help you as your coach. I strive that for each person, the coaching process is a positive one which adds real value - may that be in your personal life, your career, your business, or all three. I work with you, side by side, in a compassionate, safe and confidential space.

I coach people 1-2-1 either in person or via video call. I also deliver workplace coaching either as workshops or on a 1-2-1 basis as a company’s resident coach.  If you’re in Oxfordshire or Buckinghamshire you can choose to come to my coaching practice in Thame or I can come to you. The wonders of technology allow me to coach people around the globe so as long as you have an internet connection we can connect!

What my clients say

I have met very few people in my life who have an innate ability to connect, to empathise and to proffer sense and kindness and wisdom.

Roo is one of these people. She is calm, engaging, wise and funny. She guides you through questions to help you find answers - without you even realising you are on a journey.

Natasha, Bicester

I went to Roo looking for some help to work through some debilitating work related issues. I simply can’t recommend her enough.

I found Roo inspiring and motivating and she helped me explore different ways of looking at my difficulties. Over a series of coaching sessions her positive energy has given me a much happier and clearer mindset. I feel back in control and am at peace with decisions I have made. Thank you so much Roo, my confidence is back!

Emily, London

Roo helped me make connections that were previously alluding me! A great listener and never rushed things.

Her coaching has really helped me conquer my fear of moving forward with something which I had always deemed as a dream. I’m now making that dream a reality. I am excited about my future and very thankful that I took the step to try life coaching for the first time.
