I work with organisations who value their employees and acknowledge the value of coaching within the workplace to boost wellbeing and provide their workforce with practical tools to enhance their professional and personal development.

In addition to being a qualified behavioural change coach, I hold a coaching and mentoring qualification and accreditation with the Institute of Leadership & Management.

I deliver coaching within the workplace via workshops or on a 1-2-1 basis. Workshop topics include resilience training, managing stress, embracing change to name just a few.

The content and delivery of the sessions varies for each organisation as it’s important that it’s the right fit.  I work with small teams and departments through to the whole organisation.

You decide what works best for you, from breakfast sessions, lunch & learns or half day/full day workshops.
